- 1/4 teaspoon pimenton de la Vera (smoked paprika)
- Pinch of allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 boneless sirloin pork chops
Stir pimenton de la Vera, allspice and salt into maple syrup.
Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil grill grates. Place chops on grill and brush with half the spiced syrup. Cook for about 5 minutes, flip, and brush with remaining syrup. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Rest, uncovered, for 5 minutes, then serve with your favorite potato salad or slice against the grain and make into sandwiches.
