Mango Summer Salsa

  • 2 mangoes - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped summer fruit, such as apricots, plums, nectarines or cherries
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 5 to 6 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Combine all ingredients and chill.
