- 1 ciabatta roll, sliced in half lengthwise or 1 (2-inch) square piece of ciabatta loaf
- 2 tablespoons red pepper pesto
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices prosciutto
- 4 slices salami
- Handful of arugula
Spread pesto equally between slices of bread. Layer with cheese, prosciutto and salami; top with arugula. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Press the sandwich with a pan overnight in the refrigerator.
