Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh marjoram
- 2 tablespoons minced salt-cured capers, thoroughly rinsed
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Place lemon juice, oil, lemon zest, basil, parsley, marjoram and capers in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
