- 1 bunch grapes, washed and air dried
Pull grapes off stems (if desired) and spread out on a plate or sheet pan to freeze. Freeze for a of couple hours, then eat right away or store in the freezer in an airtight container.
For a fun twist that makes a great dinner party appetizer, soak grapes in white wine before freezing. Cut a sliver off the tops of grapes to expose the flesh and to help them absorb the wine, then soak for 1 hour or so before freezing.
