- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
Heat milk in a small saucepan set over medium heat. Once milk is hot (but not boiling), slowly whisk in chocolate until it’s completely melted. Adjust heat slightly so the mixture just boils, whisking constantly for 1 to 2 minutes. Cool slightly, then pour into two small mugs.
