Blueberry Kefir Smoothie

  • 1 fresh or frozen banana, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 6 ounces kefir
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)


Puree all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately.
