- 1 fresh or frozen banana, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 6 ounces kefir
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds or chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
Puree all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately.
