Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Add oil in a stream, whisking vinaigrette until it is emulsified.
