- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 jalapeño, seeded and chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Add additional lime juice to thin consistency, if desired.
