  • 1/2 cup finely chopped apples
  • 1 teaspoon toasted coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Let marinate at least 30 minutes. Refrigerate unused portions.
