Comment

Baking Soda is often used in place of baking powder in recipes involving sour milk ( buttermilk or yogurt) or with an acidic addition such as molasses, honey, or fruit juice. Use up to 1/2 teaspoon baking soda for every cup of sour milk, buttermilk, or yogurt used.
