Put a personal touch on your next celebration with a PCC custom-order cake, made by our friends at Alki Bakery. No egg, no dairy, no wheat? No problem — there’s an option for every diet.

To order:

Pick a customizable cake to make your own or opt for a specialty cake.
For customizable cakes, pick your frosting, filling and garnish.
Add a personal message to your cake.
Call or stop by your neighborhood PCC to place your order.

Please allow us a minimum of 72 hours to process your order. Orders placed on Saturday require one additional day of advance notice.

CONSUMER ADVISORY: Our products are produced in a facility that handles peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, eggs, fish, shellfish and other allergens.

Start with one of our three customizable cakes — vanilla chiffon, carrot or vegan chocolate — and tailor it to your tastes with frosting, filling, garnishes and decorations. 

Vanilla Chiffon

Sweet, fluffy and simple, our vanilla chiffon cake is ready to be tailored to your tastes. Want a vanilla cake draped in chocolate? It’s yours! You can customize the filling, frosting and garnishes for any celebration.

Carrot

Carrots, pineapple and raisins mingle to make this moist cake. Go with our classic preparation — two layers frosted with smooth cream cheese and trimmed with hazelnut brittle — or customize it from top to bottom: filling, frosting and garnishes.

Vegan Chocolate

Customize this cake to your heart’s content! Start with two layers of our delectably dense cocoa cake, choose from our fillings and frostings, and finish it off with a garnish that best suits your celebration.

Specialty Cakes

You can add a personal message to your cake. The frosting, filling and garnish cannot be modified on specialty cakes.

Lemon Raspberry

When life hands you lemons, eat cake! Two layers of our classic vanilla chiffon cake are soaked in lemon juice and zest then filled with a medley of vegan raspberry jam and lemon mousse. They’re topped with yellow vanilla buttercream frosting.

Strawberry Princess

Delicate layers of vanilla chiffon cake are filled with fresh strawberries and a delightful whipped cream frosting. To top it off, they’re elegantly finished in a pink vanilla buttercream frosting — a cake fit for royalty.

Coconut Custard

Two fluffy layers of vanilla chiffon cake lay the base for a delightfully creamy coconut custard filling. To round it out, this cake is frosted with vanilla buttercream frosting and finished with toasted coconut shreds.

Take a shot on a classic — you can’t go wrong with two layers of vanilla chiffon cake soaked in espresso and melded together by rich espresso mousse! The cherry on top? Fresh whipped cream frosting finished with chocolate sprinkles along the sides.

Chocolate Decadence

So dense it might as well be fudge, this wheat-free cake is glazed with vegan raspberry jam then covered in vanilla buttercream frosting. The sides are artfully trimmed with mini chocolate chips.
