2023-2024 Board of Trustees

A board elected by the Active Membership directs PCC. The board is comprised of up to 13 trustees. Trustees are elected for three-year terms, and the board has the authority to appoint individuals to fill vacancies on the board. Elected trustees may serve up to a maximum of three consecutive three-year terms. For more information please see Section 3.4 of PCC’s Bylaws.

Cindy Bolton

Cindy Bolton

Elected to the Board in 2022. Current term expires 2025.
Committees: Audit and Finance (chair).

Chief Financial Officer of Seattle Art Museum responsible for finance, HR, legal, real estate, facilities, retail operations, venue experiences, and foodservice. 25+ years in strategy, finance and operations across multiple industries in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Currently serves as Audit Committee Chair on the board of KEXP. Proud mom of a teen and tween and passionate arts and music enthusiast. Known as a dot connector, creative and collaborative problem-solver, servant leader, and truth teller.

Brad Brown

Brad Brown

Elected to the Board in 2022. Current term expires 2025.
Committees: Management Development and Compensation (chair), Audit and Finance.

Served as interim CEO for PCC from May to December 2020 and more recently from August 2021 to January 2022. Prior chair of the Board’s Audit and Finance Committee. Retired Senior Vice President Digital Retail at REI with responsibility for the cooperative’s digital businesses. Career spanning over 40 years of retail leadership in information technology and e-commerce. Currently sits on the board of UW Medical Center (chair), East Seattle Partners, and the Asheville Farmstead School with prior experience governing nonprofits. Known for his ability to lead teams through complex challenges and constant change. PCC member since 2016. Avid cyclist, hiker, alpine skier and traveler.

Paul Davis

Paul Davis

Elected to the Board in 2020. Current term expires 2026.
Committees: Audit and Finance.

Appointed Board Chair for PCC in May 2021. Has served as a board member for seven organizations, including FareStart. Spent the last 25 years as CEO or President at Kettle Foods, Coinstar, Starbucks and other purpose-driven companies. For the past five years, has coached and mentored young CEOs. Longtime resident of the Pacific Northwest and avid hiker, runner and traveler.

Rodney Hines

Rodney Hines

Elected to the Board in 2021. Current term expires 2024.

CEO/Chief Mission Guy for Metier Brewing Company, established 2018. Champions businesses to measure success through both profitability and civic responsibility. Served as Director of Social Impact at Starbucks, and Executive Director of the Starbucks Foundation. His 30-plus-year career spans corporate, public policy and nonprofit leadership roles. Currently serves on community advisory councils for both SAM and Seattle University, and advises local corporations in their philanthropic and community investment efforts. Avid cyclist and explorer.

Megan Karch

Megan Karch

Elected to the Board in 2020. Current term expires 2026.

Current President and CEO of IslandWood, a non-profit environmental education organization. Career spanning more than 30 years of leadership positions, including 5 years as CEO of Islandwood, 18 years as CEO of FareStart and 12 years as a VP at Humanim in Maryland. Megan currently serves on the board of the Downtown Seattle Association, with past board positions at multiple organizations in the region. Known for her social enterprise experience. Avid hiker, alpine skier and sailor.

Ben Klasky

Elected to the Board in 2017. Current term expires 2026.

Founder and Principal of Seismic Philanthropy, which advises families and foundations on high impact philanthropy. Career spans over 25 years including teaching graduate classes at UW’s Evans School of Public Affairs and serving as the CEO of four companies. Has sat on over ten boards including KUOW and the Japanese American Exclusion Memorial. Has an MBA, a Masters in Education, and is known for his hybrid (nonprofit and business) thinking.

Laurae McIntyre

LAURAE MCINTYRE

Elected to the Board in 2021. Current term expires 2024.
Committees: Governance and Membership.

PCC member since the 1980s, UFCW Local 21 union leader and current Fremont PCC courtesy clerk. Helps train courtesy clerks at her PCC location. Spent a decade managing and facilitating meditation and yoga retreats in South India and across the United States, and ran a small business. Her perspective is shaped by one-on-one interactions with customers and working with fellow teammates.

Angela Owen

Angela Owen

Elected to the Board in 2022. Current term expires 2025. Current board chair.

Consultant for retail and CPG companies specializing in strategy, category management, customer experience and operations to drive growth, innovation and profit. Thirty-year career in specialty retail, including merchandising and marketing executive leadership of REI Co-op and startup companies in e-commerce and pet care industries. Currently serves on the board of Destination Pet with prior experience governing nonprofits. Enjoys cooking, tennis and traveling.

Donna Rasmussen

Donna Rasmussen

Elected to the Board in 2021. Current term expires 2024.

Currently works at View Ridge PCC and is an active member of union UFCW Local 21. Passionate about fair trade, gender and racial equity, affordable housing, and community living. Her family has lived in a co-op community for 10 years, where she holds a position in community leadership. Enjoys learning new skills, kayaking, laughter, meditating and walks with the family dog.

Krish Srinivasan

Appointed as ex officio member in 2022. Term runs with term as CEO.

PCC Community Markets CEO since January 2022 and CFO from 2018 to 2022. As co-op CFO, helped navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and supported growth with four new locations. With 25 years leadership experience, built the finance infrastructure and world class finance teams at Remitly and Lyft. Held leadership positions at Amazon and Microsoft driving a range of strategic endeavors. Serves as Treasurer on the board of Splash International, a local nonprofit. Passion for food, music and the great outdoors.

Kim Vu

Kim Vu

Elected to the Board in 2021. Current term expires 2024.
Committees: Management Development and Compensation.

Vice President of Environment Social Governance (ESG) at Remitly. 20+ years in banking, financial cooperatives and fintech. Experienced in scaling the social impact of financial institutions through corporate social responsibility, ESG, and DEI. Currently serves on the boards of Included.ai and Crisis Text Line. Enjoys the arts, cooking, and traveling.
