Notice of PCC 2024 Annual Members Meeting

PCC’s Annual Members Meeting for the election of Board of Trustee candidates will be held by teleconference on April 24, 2024 at 3 p.m. The link to the teleconference will be posted on the PCC website the week prior to the meeting on the Member Events page here.

Active members of PCC as of March 4, 2024, will be eligible to vote in this year’s election for the Board of Trustees.  Active members must have used their membership at PCC within the 12 months prior to March 4.

Voting for candidates to the Board of Trustees will commence on April 10, 2024, and close at 5 p.m. on April 23, 2024. On the morning of April 10, Election Services Corp. (ESC) will send each active member an email, with a unique ballot link, to the email address we have on file. Update your email address with PCC by reaching out through the Contact Us page and please make sure ESC isn’t in your spam filter. If you are unable to vote electronically due to a disability, you may request a paper ballot by contacting Membership at (206) 547-1222 or via our Contact Us page. Paper ballots must be received at the PCC offices by close of business on April 23, 2024.
