We are pleased to celebrate the holidays with you. This year we honor the importance of giving in the holiday season, reflecting on some of the special ways that PCC gives to our community and partners.
We also are delighted to share your holiday table. We have many delicious options to choose from, offering humanely raised turkeys, rib roasts and ham — as well as wild caught sockeye and/or coho salmon. For vegans, we have Field Roast and Tofurky choices available.
There are a variety of turkey choices and we encourage you to order turkeys in advance to make sure you get exactly what you want. We’re offering certified organic turkeys and organic American Heirloom turkeys.
We also will offer turkeys that are fully cooked and need only to be warmed up. These choices include organic oven roasted turkeys, or traditional smoked turkeys from Pitman Farms.
All of PCC’s holiday hams are Non-GMO Project Verified. You can choose from bone-in or spiral-sliced and can place orders for turkey and hams three ways:
- Online
- Calling the store
- Visiting the PCC meat counter
When ordering, be sure to specify whether you want a cooked or fresh bird.
Holiday hours
All stores will be closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day to enable store staff to spend the holidays with their family and friends.
Additional holiday store hours:
- Christmas Eve: All stores will be open until 7 p.m.
- New Year’s Eve: All stores will be open until 10 p.m.
- New Year’s Day: All stores will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
