(September 2005) — A new PCC Natural Market is coming to the Eastside. Our eighth store will open in Redmond in early 2006.

Construction is underway now at the site, at N.E. 116th Street and Avondale Road N.E. in Redmond. PCC Chief Executive Officer Tracy Wolpert says he’s delighted about expanding to this new community and is very pleased about its promising location.

Chief Financial Officer Randy Lee says he’s confident this store will strengthen PCC economically and provide good, new job opportunities. PCC Board chair Bob Cross says the trustees enthusiastically approved the proposal for the new store.

The new store will be nearly as big as the Issaquah PCC and will have a classroom. More details will be announced as plans progress.
