  • 1/4 cup finely ground oats
  • 2 tablespoons whole-milk plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey


Combine oats, yogurt and honey and mix until they form a paste.

Apply to face and neck and let mask set for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry.

Special notes:

Use a clean coffee grinder to grind oats.
