- 4 ounces silken tofu (about 1/2 cup)
- 6 strawberries, capped and chopped or 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted or 2 tablespoons honey
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. If you’d like it a little sweeter, add a bit more powdered sugar or honey.
