Ingredients

  • 2 cups puréed raspberries, sweetened if desired
  • 1 tablespoon kirsch or rum, or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions

Combine raspberries and kirsch, rum or vanilla, and fold into whipped cream. Fill parfait glasses and chill before serving.
