Radishes with Butter and Sea Salt

  • 1/2 pound small radishes, scrubbed and trimmed
  • Several tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Several tablespoons coarse sea salt


Place radishes in a small serving dish. Have unsalted butter and coarse sea salt in separate dishes on the side.

To serve, have guests spread each radish with some butter and a sprinkle of sea salt before popping it in their mouth.
