Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced pears
- 1/3 cup liquid fruit sweetener
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons arrowroot
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup spelt flour
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Mix sliced fruit, liquid fruit sweetener, cinnamon and arrowroot. Put in a greased pie pan or other baking dish.
Combine oats, flour, margarine, syrup and nutmeg. Spread topping over fruit. Bake for about 30 minutes.
