- 1/2 cup Vegenaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/4 pounds shredded carrots
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
Mix together Vegenaise, lemon juice, vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Add carrots, raisins and green onions; combine well.
