Mochi Puffs

  • 1 (12 1/2-ounce) package cinnamon-raisin mochi
  • 3/4 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips or raisins


Preheat oven to 450º F.

Cut mochi in 2-inch pieces and place on a baking sheet at least 1 inch apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until squares are puffed and lightly browned.

Pull open puffs and stuff with 1 teaspoon cream cheese and chocolate chips or raisins.
