- 5 ounces mixed baby greens
- 1 to 2 Bosc pears, sliced into thin wedges
- 1/4 to 1/3 Pear Vinaigrette
- Spicy Maple Pecans (available in the PCC Deli)
In a bowl combine mixed greens and pears. Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup Pear Vinaigrette and gently mix it in using tongs. Place on individual plates and garnish with Spicy Maple Pecans.
Do not mix in the vinaigrette before serving, or the greens will turn soft. The vinaigrette can last at least 2 to 3 weeks refrigerated.
