Italian Tortellini Salad

  • 1 pound tricolor cheese tortellini
  • 1/3 cup prepared pesto
  • 1/2 cup oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, drained and sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced


Cook tortellini in salted, boiling water according to package directions; drain and toss with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
