  • 1 cup chopped or lightly mashed fruit (Buddha’s hand, lemon, berries, cucumber, peppers, herbs, etc.)
  • 750mL good-quality vodka


Combine chopped fruit and vodka in a large glass container with a lid. Let steep in a dark place at room temperature for up to 1 week. Taste every few days to determine how strong you would like the flavor.

Pour vodka through coffee filters or several layers of cheesecloth set in a mesh strainer and transfer to a clean bottle.
