Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pits removed
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh minced ginger
- Mint, fresh berries or powdered sugar, to garnish (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Arrange peaches, cut side up, in a baking dish. Drizzle with honey and lemon juice; sprinkle with ginger. Bake until peaches are tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve warm with fresh berries, mint or a dusting of powdered sugar.
