- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Enjoy with vegetables cut into snack-size pieces such as carrots, broccoli and cucumbers.
