- 6 ounces coconut water
- Handful of spinach
- 1 kale leaf
- 1/4 inch knob fresh ginger or 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cucumber, peeled
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 2 spears pineapple or 10 chunks or 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- A few ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
