- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 small apples, cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Honey, to taste
Combine cranberries, apples and water in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until berries pop and apples are soft, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Transfer cranberry-apple mixture to a food processor or blender; add orange juice. Puree until smooth. Stir in honey to taste.
Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and insert sticks. Freeze until solid, 4 to 5 hours.
