  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 1/2 red apple, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup prepared coconut curry sauce


Mix celery, apples, chicken, slivered almonds and coconut curry in a bowl.
