- 1 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
- 8 ounces dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
Melt margarine in a small saucepan.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add peanut butter and melted margarine. Transfer the mixture to an 8-inch square pan lined with parchment or waxed paper.
Cool completely, and then cut and serve.
