Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ground black pepper
- 8 ounces Danish blue cheese
Directions
Combine ingredients with crumbled bleu cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate 30 minutes to overnight. Serve cool or at room temperature.
