- 8 blood oranges
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 cups water
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Working over a bowl, remove pith and peel from oranges with a knife; reserve any juice.
In a saucepan, combine honey, lemon juice and water. Bring to a simmer; remove from the heat. Add oranges and reserved juice and let stand until cool. Chill; serve garnished with mint springs.
