- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Dash of vegan Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
In a small bowl or jar, whisk ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
