- 3 cups chopped fresh apricots
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey, or to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle molds or small paper cups and insert wooden sticks. Freeze until solid, 3 to 4 hours.
