Ingredients
- 1/3 cup aged balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Combine vinegar, garlic, basil, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour oil into vinegar mixture in a thin stream, mixing with a wire whip, until well blended.
