PCC Fenugreek Herbal Supplement Recall

Vitality Works, PCC’s private label partner, has voluntarily recalled the following product due to the possible presence of a foreign material in the finished packaged product.

PLEASE NOTE: Only six of the affected bottles were received and stocked at PCC locations. Three were received by our Bothell PCC location, which have been identified and pulled, and three were received and sold by our Edmonds PCC location.

Customers are advised to destroy the product or return it to PCC for a full refund.
