Ingredients

organic basmati rice, organic green and yellow peas, organic red and green lentils, and organic wild rice.

Preparation

Rinse, drain and cover 1 cup pilaf mixture with 2 1/4 cups water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer, cooked covered 45-50 minutes. Let rest for a few minutes, and then fluff with a fork before serving.

Yield: about 1/2 cup per 1/4 cup uncooked blend.
