Ingredients

organic rolled oats, organic rolled rye, organic dates, organic raisins, organic roasted almonds, organic roasted hazelnuts, organic roasted walnuts, organic raw sunflower seeds

Preparation

Cover muesli with hot or cold liquid; let sit for 5 mins. To cook, add 1/2 cup muesli to 1 cup water & a pinch of salt. Simmer covered for about 5 mins.

Yield: about 1/2 cup per 1/4 cup dry cereal

Comment

Generally eaten uncooked; it is more digestible if soaked for at least a few minutes. You may also cook it for a hot cereal.
