No presoaking required. Cook 1 cup rinsed beans in 4 cups liquid 30-40 minutes.To Sprout: soak 2 Tablespoons rinsed beans in 1 cup water 12 hours. Drain & rinse daily for 2-3 days; store in a dark place until 1/2" long. Refrigerate up to 2 days.
Yield: 1/2 cup per 1/4 cup dry beans.
