Ingredients
organic black beans.
Preparation
Soak 1 cup beans in 3 cups water 8-12 hours. Drain and cook in 4 cups liquid for 60-90 minutes. Salt after cooking.
Yield: about 1/2 cup per 1/4 cup dry beans.
