Vikas, with a background in Software Engineering, and Leena, armed with a BS in Microbiology and experience in the Healthcare Industry, found themselves united by their shared love for food. Disappointed by the lack of quality Samosas in the market, Vikas and Leena decided to take matters into their own hands. They embarked on a quest to create authentic-tasting Samosas using local and organic ingredients, free from any additives or preservatives.
