Adult classes are 2 hours. Kids' classes are 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on age of children.

We offer a wide range of classes, including technique-based, global or nutrition-oriented classes. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy- and gluten-free options are available. Contact us for a full list of available topics. Current classes are available to request for a private class.

Wine, Beer and Spirits*

If you would like to bring in wine or beer you must obtain a banquet permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. The permit must be acquired for the exact location and time of your scheduled class and be displayed during the event.

Guidelines*

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the total class cost. Full payment and final count must be received one week before the class date.

Only PCC-purchased food and beverages are allowed in the classroom. No alcoholic beverages allowed without a banquet permit.
