Ages 12 to 16, kids only.
Chinese cuisine highlights many versatile ingredients and techniques. In this class, teens will learn to prepare a delicious and authentic noodle dish, make quick fried rice and master the basics of stir-frying. Theyll get familiar with new kitchen tools and come away excited to recreate these dishes and more at home. Each student will be a wok star in no time!
