Join us for a fun and informative Thai Noodle Workshop led by Chef Pranee, whose culinary roots trace back to Phuket, Thailand. In this class, you'll learn the art of making fresh rice noodles from scratch and master the techniques to stir-fry them to perfection in Phad See Ew and Phad Kee Meo. Immerse yourself in the flavorful combinations of pork, Thai basil, and broccoli, with the option to add egg for an extra twist. Discover the secrets of using red curry to create a delectable Pumpkin Curry, featuring seasonal local Kabocha pumpkin, and savor the authentic taste of Thailand right in your kitchen.

About the instructor: Pranee learned to cook from her mother and grandmother in Phuket, Thailand. When she came to Seattle, she brought her mortar and pestle and began cooking for friends. She is now a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and the owner of I Love Thai Cooking, where she teaches, and shares recipes and cooking wisdom. She goes to Thailand yearly to collect and preserve authentic recipes and is working on a cookbook. Pranee says, “You don’t need to visit Thailand to learn Thai cooking.”
