Description
This class is inspired by long summer days spent in the Tuscan countryside. Chef Natalia will teach you the skills you need to bring Italy to you. From grilled and stuffed zucchini to a perfectly seasoned steak, she'll teach you secrets for mastering flavor while grilling inside. You'll make herbed ricotta and learn to transform tomatoes into classic Italian marinara for pasta al pomodoro.

About the instructor: Natalia began her culinary journey at age eight, at her grandparents' kitchen, in Moscow, Russia. They played a significant role in guiding Natalia's personal development as a chef and as an ambassador of wholesome, gourmet meals, using local ingredients and "around-the-world" spices and cooking methods. After completing her training at Culinary Academy of Moscow, Natalia continued honing her culinary skills, traveling around Europe and studying various cooking styles under guidance of local chefs. She provides knowledgeable insight on diverse menus of Russian and European regions. Natalia also provides personal chef services with an emphasis on healthy and delicious meals. Her culinary philosophy, "one does not need to travel the world in order to learn global cuisine" is represented by her cooking classes, where students get a chance to explore many different cuisines and food preparations.
