Description
The Island paradise of Sri Lanka is known for its turquoise water, timeless ruins, and tall palms; but we would be remiss to ignore the diverse and flavorful food of this small but mighty island. In this class Chef Vindi will invite you to her mother's table (figuratively speaking) and share her cherished family recipes. From coconut roti to fish croquets she'll share stories and techniques that will allow you to bring a little bit of paradise home with you.

About the instructor: Vindi received her certificate III from the William Angliss Institute of Melbourne. Since then, she has worked as a baker and pastry chef in several bakeries both in Melbourne and Seattle. Vindi believes learning never stops and that everyone has room to grow. This is why she likes to share her knowledge and skills with others. Also, food always tastes better when shared!
