Description

These little French meringue bites might just be the best sandwich cookie in the world. Learn how to master the art of the macaron as Marianna shares the science behind the French techniques. She’ll cover how to perfect the cookie’s meringue base, craft a delicious seasonal fruit ganache filling, and assemble an elegant final product: Vanilla Bean Macarons with Rhubarb White Chocolate Ganache.

About the instructor: Marianna is a pastry chef and Washington native who grew up in the central part of the state. After several years in the veterinary industry, Marianna switched careers and now teaches cooking all around the Puget Sound, as far east as Snoqualmie. Marianna focuses on technique-driven classes and loves to demystify the cooking and baking process and its associated science.

This is a demonstration class offered live via the Zoom app. You will receive an email with recipes and class details five days in advance. After class, we will share a recorded version. This class is not designed as a cook-along. All key elements will be shown in class, however instructors may complete time-consuming steps in advance. Online classes are nonrefundable.
