Send your young cook on a week-long culinary trip to Asia with chef Lee! Kids will learn to prepare unique dishes from around the continent of Asia, whipping up classics from China to Thailand and beyond. Theyll practice a variety of cooking techniques and pick up new skills along the way.

About the instructor: Lees passion for cooking began at an early age while helping her grandmother prepare delicious, homemade meals for their family-owned Okemo Lantern Lodge in Vermont. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has been working professionally for over 20 years as a pastry chef and caterer. Most recently, she inspires young chefs as a high school culinary instructor.
This is a kids hands-on cook-along class offered live via Zoom. One spot in class is good for one kitchen. A recording will be sent after class. Class link, recipes and instructions will be sent one week before class. This class is geared toward a wide age range, and parental assistance or supervision may be needed for younger students. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely, please contact us if you don't receive the class information. Cancellation Policy: Online classes are nonrefundable. You can request a transfer to a different class up to one week prior to class.
